Frenchtown Riding Club offers a full calendar of events, designed to reflect the many aspects of the equestrian experience and satisfy the diverse interests of its members.
Recent events have included a cookout with games and live music; trick-or-treating with the horses; a sunset campfire with hotdogs and marshmallows; a holiday photo event with Santa; an veterminary first aid clinic and luncheon; a Valentine's ride; family movie night in the barn with the horses; an off-site trail ride on Clydesdales; a Kentucky Derby viewing party; a family campout; trivia night; Teach a Friend to Ride Day; schooling shows; Kids' Night Out; A Day at the Barn one-day camp; an equestrian mental wellness clinic, a polo clinic, weekly happy hours, equestrian fitness training classes and a polo clinic

HAPPY HOUR
Thursdays, Deember 5th, from 5:30 until 7:00 p.m.

Join us for Happy Hour Thursday, December 5th, from 5:30 until 7:00 p.m., with complementary light snacks and refreshments. BYOB, if you wish. BYOH ("Bring Your Own Horse"), too, and enjoy our spacious indoor and outdoor arenas, explore our trails, or just hang out and enjoy the company of fellow horse lovers. This event is free and open to all. Riding lessons, scheduled in advance, are also available, on your horse or ours, at the normal fee.
Must be 21+ to BYOB. Helmets & liability waiver required for all riders. Coggins required for all horses.

Saturday, December 7th, from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m.

Come hobnob with Santa and the horses! Have a candy cane and some hot cocoa, write your letter to the North Pole and deliver it to the Man in Red himself. Group and individual holiday photos also available, for just $30 per digital download. FRC members may also pose for pics with their favorite horse.
HOLIDAY PHOTO EVENT
Saturday, December 21st, from 4:30 until 8:30 p.m.

Kids, you deserve a break. Take the night off and come to Frenchtown Riding Club Saturday, December 21st, from 4:30 to 8:30. Have a pizza party, take a mini riding lesson, make a special gift for your parents and watch a holiday movie. Yes, Mom and Dad will miss you, but they can always console themselves with dinner out, a movie, some holiday shopping or maybe just a little quiet time. They'll be fine. Really. ($125 per person. FRC members enjoy a 5% discount.)
KIDS' NIGHT OUT
WINTER FUN DAYS
Monday, December 30th, through Tuesday, December 31st
Our two-day mini-camp is the perfect cure for the winter blahs. Stay busy and have fun with English riding and horse care lessons, arts and crafts, and a full slate of games and activities, from December 30th through 31st. Available as a half (9:00-noon, $200), full (9:00-3:00, $400) or extended day (8:30-5:30, $600). FRC members enjoy a 5% discount.
EQUINE BIOME SCIENCE SEMINAR
Saturday, January 25th, through Tuesday, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Olivia Benn, Equine Feed Specialist for Purina Horse Feed, will be on hand from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 25th, to talk about recent advances in equine biome science, a vital tool in maintaining your horse’s health, through a better understanding of the unique combination of microorganisms in your horse’s digestive tract and the formulation of a nutrition and supplement plan customized to your horse’s needs. This free event is open to all and will include light refreshments. RSVPs appreciated, but not required.
