Polo. Often called “the sport of kings” and the world’s most addictive sport. Try it for yourself at this exciting, hands-on clinic by Tinicum Polo Club’s own Hesham El-Gharby. The afternoon begins with an overview, followed by a demonstration, after which riders may practice their technique, first on the ground, then from atop a metal horse, and, finally, while mounted on a real polo pony. This clinic is appropriate for all ages and levels and includes light refreshments. BYOB welcome. Advance registration strongly suggested but not required. Call or email to reserve your spot. $25 per FRC member, $50 per nonmember.
